Something about Charleston makes you want to wear dresses and tassel earrings, or maybe that was just me. I really felt like my sense of style was embraced in such a beautiful town. Here is one of my favorite outfits that I wore while in Charleston. I have been branching out with patterns lately, and although this is not anything too wild by any means, I enjoyed embracing a red and white stripped top (shop here) with a contrasted yellow earring (shop here), and a bold lip (shop here) The skirt (shop here) was flowly and dreamy, and the top was high waisted with a wrap about sash that tied in the back, adding some detail, and these simple red flats (shop here)

The lighting was so beautiful by the water, and those of you that know how much I love white walls, know this was my haven right here.

I found these flats recently and I love how comfortable and simple they are, however I mostly fell in love with the color (shop here)

The earrings were the perfect contrast to the red, even though yellow and red are not typically my favorite colors together. There is something so fun about tassel earrings, they add a fun style to an outfit.

The water was so beautiful, and blue. The boardwalk was crowded, understandably so, the view was amazing.

I wore a top knot for one reason only (if I am being honest) it was so hot and very humid there that my hair was making me uncomfortable in the South Carolina heat.

These vibes on this white wall had my heart, it seemed every corner of Charleston was so beautiful.

Thank you for reading, have a happy day!

XOXO, Mykel Elizabeth
