Good Morning!
This shoot was one of my favorites, because I had a friend do them who came into town to visit! She and I were companions while we were serving an LDS mission. (click here)
I love love love having professional shoots, but sometimes it’s so fun to have a friend do them because you just laugh the whole time and it’s the best.
I found this shirt/dress at Banana Republic and got a killer deal on it, and I am convinced that it was on clearance (and there were seriously tons of them left) because nobody really knows how to wear it! It’s hard to tell in the pictures, but it’s really boxy! So I decided to kind of make it a combo dress/shirt, and added some opaque leggings that were more like pants then tights, and I loved it. I am a sucker for pink, in every shade, so I was determined to make this work, and I think it turned out! I am not sure why I am holding my hair the same way in almost every picture (haha!) but I think it was a combo of my bobby pin falling out mid-shoot and the wind, so pay no attention!
