I am a big fan of taking bold, statement accessories and wearing a lot of black and white to contrast with it, in this case: the cat purse and the neon heels. The Skirt, even though it is long, had a high slit on side, so I wore really opaque tights, which is a great way to make a skirt more professional, and modest.
