Good Morning!

This week’s shoot was so much fun. I met with a photographer from Salt Lake City (Aerie Photography, check out her page here) and we met up for a shoot and it was so fun. Of course I had to go to the Farmers Market for flowers, so I pretty much waited outside for them to open as their only customer at 7AM on a Saturday morning! But I love to add detail and color to shoots, and these Farmers Market flowers were so perfect. On my Instagram I have been posting a lot about this Asos dress, simply because I love everything about it. The color is beautiful, it’s flattering on just about everybody, and how often do you find a high neck dress? Almost never. I love the elegance of it, and it is surprisingly really comfortable.

I wasn’t able to find the exact dress on asos.com, so here are a few similar styles that I love! (click here and here and here )

These BCBG heels I have been in love with since the first day I saw them on the Clearance rack, and we have been best friends ever since. I don’t like to pay full price for anything if I don’t have to, and if you are the same I recommend DSW! I just recently went there for the first time (and realized what I have been missing!) and they are really good about sending you coupons and gift certificates when you are a regular shopper (which, I will admit, I am!) If you are on a budget, or if you like to be smart about your shopping, I would totally recommend it if you are looking for shoes this summer. They have a wide variety of brands and styles, and unlike most stores, their clearance section does not disappoint. (You can shop online here)

Of course I incorporated a hat into this shoot! I have started a little collection, and with this shorter hair style, hats have quickly become a go-to. To see other posts I have done with similar hats, click here and here. I tend to buy all my hats from Nordstrom Rack, because I like their variety and price ranges. I hope you all have a wonderful Monday! Thank you so much for following along!

XOXO, MYKEL ELIZABETH
